Main Features:

The machine adopts PLC and touch screen for automatic molding opening and closing, material feeding, steaming, temperature keeping, air-cooling, de-molding and ejecting.The machine sets up high-pressure blower for suction the material, adopts penetration of theory forming and the cycle of convection cooling, low moisture contentThe machine is welded from high-quality profile steel, which is subjected to hat treatment, ensuring high strength of the machine without deformation, and possibility of bearing the expansion force of the high-density product. The machine adopts advanced molding technique, and it can adapt produce blocks of high density and low density , ensure same quality of inside and outside block. Mold is made of aluminum alloy for fast heat transference, good tensile strength and long service life.
